Orders & MOQ
Do you accept trial orders?
Yes — on select in-stock ODM models we can accept orders as low as 100–300 pcs for market testing. For fully custom OEM, MOQ is 1,000 pcs.
Can you consolidate multiple SKUs in one container?
Absolutely. Mixed-SKU containers are standard for us. We'll optimize the loading plan to maximize your cube utilization.
Design & Engineering
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any design files or BOM are shared. Our standard mutual NDA is two pages — we can also sign your template.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling paid by you is yours. We can store it here for your exclusive use or ship it to another facility on request.
Can you help with product design from scratch?
Yes. Our 22-person ID/structural team handles concept sketches, 3D models, DFM, prototypes, and tooling — all in-house.
Shipping & Logistics
What Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Ningbo / Shanghai is standard. We also ship CIF to major ports and DDP to warehouses in US, EU, UK, AU, and CA.
Can you ship by air?
Yes — typical for urgent samples and small PO. We have accounts with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and a local forwarder for air freight >100kg.
Do you support Amazon FBA prep?
Yes. We print FNSKU labels, poly-bag with suffocation warning, and ship direct to Amazon FC in US, EU, UK, and JP.
Warranty & After-Sales
What happens if a unit fails in-market?
12-month warranty from shipment. Defective units under 2% are credited or replaced in the next order. For spikes, we investigate root cause on our side.
Do you keep spare parts?
Yes. Key spare parts (motors, PCBA, heating elements, lids, filters) are kept in stock for 24 months after end-of-production.
